Planning stage Emilia-Romagna

The project planning phase concerned a personalized study of the four Italian regions.
Emilia – Romagna was the first region to start.


Technical aims:

•   Build the target group for the regional small-medium sized companies
•   Analyse the quantity, make-up and effect on business of intangible investments of companies in the target group
•   Involve and interview regional stakeholders in the tourism and transportation sector (companies which manage          airports, airline companies, bus operators, authorities and companies which manage ports, etc.)
•   Compare practices and models of Emilia-Romagna Region with those of PACA and Catalonia
•   Draw up guidelines of the Strategic Tourism Project for Emilia-Romagna Region
•   Convention at the end for presentation of the results of Project K Factor

The activities of analysis and research for the planning stage will be carried out by:

- the study of company financial statements
- direct interviews with managers and entrepreneurs of companies
- direct interviews with regional stakeholders (institutions, associations, companies which manage airports, etc.)
